A little about In His Way Unlimited, and the team…

In His Way, Unlimited came up as our name from a conversation with a good friend. We desire to live God pleasing lives before Him, especially how we treat one another. He is unlimited in His power, knowledge/wisdom, and presence, and if we seriously choose to live as He commands, blessings follow. (See Romans 8, and 12:1-2)

Our team

Assessments have come a long way over the years, and it’s been a fascinating journey for our founder and lead-coach Ethan Dixon. He is certified in the Grip-Birkman process, very knowledgeable about the DiSC personality profile system, and has served as a Prepare/Enrich marriage counselor with his wife. Discipleship has been a key activity apart from the assessments for Ethan, both as a Navigator and Awana leader
